The Indie Wall Return Policy

At The Indie Wall, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase! Here’s a quick summary of our return policy to make your experience as smooth as possible:

 


 

General Returns

  • 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original condition with tags attached, and include proof of purchase.

  • How to Start: Contact us at returns@theindiewall.com to get started. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 


 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 


 

Exchanges

  • If you’d like a different item, simply return your purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Contact Us Immediately: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at [returns@theindiewall.com within 7 business days with photos and details. We’ll make it right.

 


 

Items That Can’t Be Returned

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

  • Items that are not in their original condition.

 


 

European Union Customers

  • EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return orders for any reason. Items must meet the same return eligibility requirements.
